Collagen

There are currently 28 types of collagen in the human body known from research. Among them, type 1 collagen is the main protein that forms the dermis and inner layer of the skin. It is the most abundant fibrin in mammals, accounting for 90% of bone protein. It is composed of dense fibers that help form body tissues and support the skin. Type II collagen is mainly distributed in cartilage tissue and helps joints cushion and recover.

The loss of collagen
